EVAW (End Violence Against Women) International provides victim-centered, multidisciplinary
training and expert consultation regarding crimes of sexual assault and domestic
violence.
Threegate partnered with EVAW in 2005 to develop a complete online training package.
This application allows people from across the world to take online courses from
EVAW international through a secure online training area. As users work their way
through the interactive coursware they can watch videos, read course material, and
ultimately take graded tests.
This format of online training has become increasingly popular among Hospitals and
Law Enforcement departments who often times do not have the budget to send personnel
to remote training. Presenting the training material online allows EVAW to expand
their training base and increase awareness in their field.
